Final Report
The Final Report is the official record of each Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting (ATCM). It includes the text of all decisions taken by the ATCM and is published in English, French, Russian and Spanish.
Copies of this report are sent to ATCM representatives through diplomatic channels. Digital copies are free and available online. Hard copies can be ordered through the website or by contacting the ATS at secret@ats.aq.
CEP handbook
This online publication includes the CEP procedures and agreed guidelines. It was meant as a useful resource for CEP delegates, easy to download and print. The handbook also contains copies of other documents frequently required for CEP-related business (e.g. copies of the key Antarctic Treaty system instruments, lists of protected areas and CEP-related measures, etc) and a list of links to useful external sources.
The Handbook is structured as an active list of hyperlinked PDF documents. You can either download the whole handbook as a single file or any of a series separate files, one for each section of the book. Both the complete version and the dynamic individual files are available here.
Visitor Site Guidelines
Taking into account environmental values and sensitivities, these guidelines apply to visits to some of the most popular Antarctic landing sites. Printed in thick laminated paper, sets of guidelines in English, French, Russian and Spanish are sent yearly to tour operators and ATCM representatives.
