CEP Contact Points
Each Party to the Protocol is entitled to be a Member of the Committee and to appoint a representative who may be accompanied by experts and advisers. The first list contains the contact information of each CEP Member.
Observers 4A include any Party to the Antarctic Treaty that is not Party to the Protocol.
Observers 4B comprise the President of the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR), the Chair of the Scientific Committee for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) and the Chair of the Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programmes (COMNAP), or their nominated Representatives.
Finally, Observers 4C refer to relevant organisations invited by the Committee with the approval of the ATCM to participate in the meeting. The list comprises the Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition (ASOC), the International Association of Antarctica Tour Operators (IAATO), the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
